Each exceptional piece is then hand crafted with great care. there are two sets of 8 standard pawns; 2 rooks; 2 knights; 2 bishops; 1 queen; and 1 king; in both black Rhodium and in white, a total of 32 game pieces. The whole set weighs approximately 23.5 troy ounces of Sterling Silver (just over 730 grams). The top of each piece is solid, while the bases are hollowed out to conserve on weight.
